BUBS. is a contemporary genderless jewelry brand based in New York.Inspired by modern art, architecture, and design, the brand combines a timeless perspective and sensible attitudes to form their signature aesthetic. Each handmade necklace is crafted with a focus on asymmetry and color through the use of natural stones, textured glass beads, and precious metals to create a playful yet refined statement.
JEWELRY CARE
Our jewelry is composed of natural elements, glass, and gold-plated hardware. Some of these materials can naturally wear over time. To preserve the longevity of your piece:
Avoid exposure to cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, and hairspray.
Remove jewelry before exercising, bathing, or sleeping.
Store in a dry place separate from other jewelry.
Gently clean jewelry with a clean and soft cloth.
Refrain from exposing items to abrasives, solvents, or cleaning compounds.
Please note that we are not responsible for any issues that occur after wearing the items without taking care of them.
MATERIALS
Due to the handmade quality and use of natural materials, color, pattern, and texture variation is expected in each design and will differ from piece to piece.SHIPPING
All pieces are handmade to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production, fulfillment, and delivery.All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase.
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking information.
We offer complimentary shipping within the United States.
International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
We are not responsible for parcels not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a reshipping fee.
RETURNS
All purchases are final. If you have any questions about a piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are more than happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.In the event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, please email hello@bubs-ny.com within 48 hours of receiving your item and include proof of purchase, description of the issue, and photo documentation. We reserve the right to deny any request for return or exchange.
WARRANTY & REPAIRS
We are pleased to offer a one year warranty on all BUBS. orders from the date of purchase, which includes the cost of repair for any damaged pieces.Upon expiration of warranty, repairs are available for a fee.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Some repairs may be dependent on the availability of materials once a collection has been “archived.”
Please package items cautiously when sending for repair. Bubble wrap is recommended. BUBS. is not responsible for damages made due to insufficient packaging while in transit. Hard boxes are recommended. Arrangements can be made by contacting hello@bubs-ny.com. All repairs are subject to a 2-3 week lead time upon receiving the returned merchandise.
CUSTOMIZATIONS
Custom lengths and silver or solid 14k gold hardware is available upon request and will include an up charge for materials.Please contact hello@bubs-ny.com for a quote before placing an order.
